memcached on windows

i have linux successfully installed with memcached. for local testing i need memcached also for my xampp

install epel repo

#rpm -Uvh http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/epel/5/i386/epel-release-5-4.noarch.rpm


i want to install memcached
