- read so many and all only showed how to enable(program) it to control their TV

You have to turn off your b.yond first before turn off the TV using the b.yond remote, as well you have to turn on your b.yond first before the TV. Good luck..

Generally, the volume and mute buttons control the sound from your Astro b.yond set top box. To convert your remote control so that it controls your TV's sound, hold down OK and VOL+ until the remote control blinks twice. To convert your remote control back to controlling your Astro b.yond set top box, hold down OK and VOL- until the emote control blinks four times.

kpd sesiapa yg ada masalah volume too low, reset semula remote. Kuatkan volume astro kpd maximum, kemudian set semula remote astro utk control tv.

Ezra Daniel, sebenarnya remote control astro beyond adalah waranti seumur hidup & boleh ditukar secara percuma jika rosak. astro beyond ialah decoder berwarna hitam. yg lama berwarna silver, remote biru.
remote putih yg ada dipasaran tidak ada fungsi remote control tv seperti yg original (kerana saya pun ada terbeli satu jugak hehe). oleh itu, tukar remote yg rosak tu di pusat astro (free ya) & remote baru boleh diset semula mengikut langkah di atas.

Untuk reset balik volume tu... tekan butang OK dengan volume down lame2 sampai ade blink 4 kali... so dah boleh control balik volume dekoder..
